That's what Alton Brown just said, & I'm so glad that someone has the balls to say things that need saying. Why should I buy crappy "low fat" or "low carb" that tastes like ass, when I can just moderate my portion intake of something that actually tastes good?

Everything Alton Brown says should be taken as gospel. If he says it, it is true.

And just to clarify, I do think AB is teh awsom. He knows a jigger from a pony and has a supersize model of a piece of lemon meringue pie. Those are key elements to one bitchin' party!
